"Our first real achievement for the house!" exclaimed Vans, to a certain degree is true. We've bought a couple of things (more like a whole load of stuff) for the house, but this is the first real thing on, or should I say "IN" the house. We are pretty satisfied with the outcome and now the works for the kitchen, wiring and lightings will begin.
Front Door (Wrought Iron)
We bought the hood and hob about 2 weeks ago. Met with the contractor doing the concrete table for the kitchen, wiring, and plaster ceiling last week. Over the weekend we checked out some lightings for the house, so we have it more or less covered.
Side Windows (Vans car parked outside)
Will sneak out at about 12pm today to meet up with the contractor to confirm the "scope of work" and get a final figure how much the whole thing will cost, and the works should proceed tomorrow and last for about a week.
We had a rather busy weekend with my auntie Rachel dropping by our place on her way back to Thailand after visiting her children in India. Guess we'll have another busy weekend again as Vans will be having a fitting for her evening gown (done by
Anna, That Special Occasion).
