Last Saturday, Ken and I spent the whole afternoon at his parents' place, making jam tarts. Yes, it's for CNY. Cos we had done it several times, so we know what's the fastest way of getting it done - specialization. My MIL was in charge of mixing and preparing the dough, Ken would press the dough into strips, then me put in the jam and roll it. We managed to do 260 pieces in less than 3 hours!
This is the un-baked one. If you want to taste it, you have to come to our house during CNY then. Come on 1st day ya, 2nd day we'll be off to Kuching.
