Weekend Bridal House Visit

We spend the whole of saturday afternoon to visit two bridal houses - Covershots and Champagne Bridal.

We head straight to Covershots right after we pick up the flight tickets from travel agent.

Ken was so proud that he managed to find where Covershots is, based on what he remembers from the location map on the website .This is our first visit to Covershots, and both of us are so excited about it as this is when we can look at the actual studio and garden.

We enquire about the packages they have and were shown several sample photo albums. Those photos are those they advertise on the bridal mag. Ok, the setting of the indoor studio look exactly as shown in the mag but the garden is abit different. I guess it's acceptable coz it's not easy to maintain a garden. They can only maintain the flowers for a short duration of time then change for a new one. The lady show me some pics of the gowns, includes those new one which we saw during the bridal fair... a lil' bit disappointed coz can't get to see the actual piece.

Next, we make our way to Champage Bridal House, at Jln Yap Kwan Seng. We only found where the place is after a few turns and when we're about to give up. The bridal house is ran using one of the banglos at the area. We only spotted it when Ken saw some wedding gowns on 'someone banglo's verandah'.... hahaha.... We don't quite like the concept they are practising as we find the photos taken are very stiff and doesn't match our 'feel'. And i find their wedding gowns are not well-maintained. The gowns are been altered for times as you still can see the traces on the edges and stuff. Not very impressive. But it'd be a good place for those who wish to look like model and such.

We'll plan for another visit at around Hartamas area after we come back from HK.
